Pros
Nyman is a wonderful company and they really care about their employees! Nyman is a breath of fresh air within a world where businesses often continually disrespect and abuse their employees. This is the first position I've had that I felt heard in. They do a wonderful job respecting and valuing their employees and their professional needs and goals! Management is AMAZING! Melissa, Gary, and Elyce work so hard to create an open and continuous dialogue that makes you feel welcomed and supported as a professional in the field.
Cons
- Not a large amount of advancement/raise opportunities depending on placement - Hourly models are difficult to budget with once a month pay - May not have opportunity to communicate with other Nyman employees day to day depending on placement
