Pros

Initially it was a pleasure working for the Rocklin Partners but once the other Partner got more involved in the CA office, it got bad. There was a high turn over and they took it personally when you found other employment or a better opportunity elsewhere. Most employers know how to be objective and handle employees moving on with grace and professionalism.

Cons

Employees felt bullied until they started quitting one by one. It was a mass exodus. Hopefully the Managing Partners have learned and grown in their management style.
