Great team atmosphere that believes in it's role as advocates for its clients. Almost always promote from within!

Cons

With any new business there can be growing pains, but management does a fantastic job of adjusting to change.

The majority of the staff are nice and work well as a team.

Cons

MANAGEMENT. It’s obviously they’ve all been spoiled and handed everything without working a day in their lives with the exception of the senior partner. The others throw temper tantrums. They yell at everyone. They don’t value staff. They don’t believe in paying a decent wage. They never say thank you and most of them don’t work more than 15 hours a week.
