      Pros

      It's so nice to work for a company that has clearly defined and achievable goals with a close-knit leadership team that effectively and consistently communicates and tracks them. The company is full of long-tenured employees that have extensive expertise within the industry, enjoys what they do and who they work with, making it a great team environment. One with the company values always top of mind. They prioritize employee well-being with great health benefits, safety protocols, profit sharing, philanthropic opportunities and regular employee events and celebrations. Company culture is incredibly important to everyone from the top down. The company is focused on customer satisfaction, which results in long-standing, close client partnerships and employee fulfillment.

      Cons

      As a small, tenured company, it can take time to update procedures and infrastructure, but when they do, it's well-planned and done with enthusiasm.

      Good people, but odd management

      Coworkers, easy work, location, stability if you’re ok with mediocre pay and are just looking for a paycheck.

      Cons

      Owner sets a poor tone for the organization. Monotonous work.

      Pros

      Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. Many of the people who work here have been at Nystrom for 5+ years which is a testament to how great it is to work here. Because the team has been working together so long, you can see that there are deep rooted relationships. It really makes it feel like a work family. Even if you are new, you feel welcomed into the 'family'. With the recent pay increases in Fall 2017 for production, the pay is very fitting to the job expectations.

      Cons

      Parking is not ideal, especially in the winter.
