      Great Culture - Great Teamwork

      Pros

      I have worked for several manufacturing companies and Nystrom really stands out. The management team is very transparent and the CEO has a genuine interest in the well-being of all employees. The work-life balance is great and there is a level of team work across functional areas I have found uncommon to most companies. The pay is fair and the people you get to work with are fantastic

      Cons

      The company produces a large variety of products which can be challenging to master.
