Good benefits. Good pay for a simple job

Cons

Management does not know how to properly manage their employees. There is no such thing as Confidentiality. Everyone knows everything. Supervisors only care about their “numbers” thats the reason why employees care less about the job they do too. Lack of communication with everyone. management to employees and employees to management.
