Organization changes are frequently made leaving everyone with no clear direction on what their role is. This being said nobody knows what each other are doing or supposed to do so it ends up they do what ever they want. Very chaotic, no true guidance and no clear succession planning.

Rountinely worked 12+ hour days and weekends. Company is run by nepotism or "the good ole boy" network. Many management individuals do not have the education or experience and are promoted based on who they know. It clearly shows. Their work just gets pushed to more capable people even if it is not their role. They find good individuals and absolutely drive them into the ground in 1-2 years, just look at the retention rates in the plants in certain positions. They are only focused on quarter to quarter results and not long term success.
