      Good experience. Lots of opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      Terrible work/life balance. Backstabbing / political types go far here. Promise growth opportunities and stick you in dead end jobs.

      Pros

      Great flexibility and dynamic workplace. Very good group of colleagues for the most part and a noble and solid business.

      Cons

      Missing a more accelerated and genuinely interested commitment to further employee growth with the compensation to back it. Also very sluggish and slow to adopt new tech systems and software that could offer much better efficiency and results. Still way too many things and processes on the supporting services side of the business that are done manually or that are excessively dependent on email instead of systems. More and more workload without the pay to go with it, doesn't make people want to stick around.

      Pros

      New enterprise alignment is world-class. Business units are aligned from top to bottom with industry leading metrics. New CEO, Andres Lopez gets what it takes to run a world class organization and he's putting the right people in Place. Sergio Galindo is another great talent that will drive the North American unit back to the top! New Leaders stress safety and people priorities and back it up with action! Shaky on the Plant Manager level, but improving by implementing a strong Continuous Improvement presence in all North American facilities. Interaction between sites and corporate headquarters is improving dramatically.

      Cons

      Still trying to break up the good old boy network and nepotism runs rampant, but in an industry as arduous as making glass bottles
