Pros

Great company that is always looking out for their employees. They have so many programs for those working here and ways to get involved with other employees to create a family-like environment.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons working for this company.

Pros

The work is easy and the pay starting is good. Pay every week. You get paid extra for Sunday.

Cons

No sick or PT time is not good. The point system is not good due to having a rotating shift. You might only get four weekends off a year. The Union is not the best. If you have a family and young kids this job is not for you.

The European HQ are a joke

Pros

Easy work with very flexible schedule A lot of free time No strict processes or high standards So if you want to be lazy at work and earn very high salaries above the average in the area this is the place.

Cons

The offices in Mex are a pure joke. If one steps in, they will see headless chickens running around without a clue of what they should do. They lack skills, devotion, industry knowledge and most of the managers stay because the salaries are very high compared to other companies or because their qualifications are too low to find something better. At OI in Mex, you will also see the phenomenon of secretaries getting paid more than mid-managers or analysts just because of their intimate relations with their bosses. People lack ethics. Gossiping and chit chatting about private life are the daily tasks getting solved. The executive secretaries are engaging in the lowest behavior possible even on the halls of the offices in front of the other employees.
