      Pros

      The work culture was great. The company supported lots of external activities for families and co-workers to bond outside the office.

      Cons

      The company has been positioning themselves in South America and moving corporate positions there for years. The Perrysburg offices have experienced a high number of job cuts over the past 10 years.

      Pros

      Overall good place to work. There benefits are still OK and the people are friendly for the most part. The pay is OK.

      Cons

      The rotating schedule is really bad for most.There benefits for their employees are headed in the wrong direction. They are still better than most but I can see how they are changing for the worst.
