Many great, hard working and committed people at O-I. Company has good intentions, strong ethics policies. Is an international environment so good for people who like learning about other cultures and places

Cons

There is virtually no HR leadership at a corporate level. No recognition programs. No development programs except for a very small group of people considered high potentials. Training programs are limited to plant employees. Managers and directors are left on their own to figure it out. Results in a lot of good people leaving because they are pigeon-holed into one job and not considered for development elsewhere
