There's no talent management, the HR is really weak and doesn't understand what it means to have good and prepared people. They hire or protect useless people, with neither ability, nor experience and they let good people stagnate in dead-end jobs or they let them leave the company. Only talentless, lazy, unable people are being kept.
Most of the positions are also given or were given in the past based on personal likings or dinner dates. And all of this has happened recently, regardless of the fact that the company is going down.
The executives and the so-called European leaders have a minimum clue of what they are doing. Things are being delayed, there is no decision-making and there's little understanding of the business environment. There are too many personal games being played among them for the company to function properly.
There's a lot of gossiping and hearsay, which pulls the quality of the working environment down.
