      Pros

      Great place for young people to start their careers. Lot's of opportunity.

      Cons

      Too much turnover at the top levels of management. With each change in management comes an about face in strategy.

      Great salary, great benefits, great working environment, beautiful business (glass is a sustainable material for humanity!), great colleagues to work with, many of the mid-level managers know what they are doing

      Cons

      Corporate offices do not trust regions, too much governance and micro-management of the regions, too many changes among leadership, too many meetings
