Pros

Excellent salary, good benefits, supervisors were very flexible when a day off was needed, good interaction between salary and hourly employees on production improvement strategies. Plant supervision treated employees respectfully.

Cons

Not enough documented and sustained training for new department employees. Too much loss of long term experienced employees at company headquarters. Salary personnel in factories work long hours daily and are on call 24 hours a day.

Good Pay is about all I can say about this place that is positive. All the rest are cons.

Cons

Schedules Rotationary 12 hr shift, and they keep switching you from team to team so you don't have any idea what next week will be like Management Human ressources suck
