Decent starting pay for my area. Good place to start if you need a quick buck but definitely a horrible place to finish! Definitely not retirement worthy

Cons

Upper management is a joke at my location, basically the blind leading the blind. Very poor communication, training is trash, and our hotend guys and maintenance are both cancerous.
