Pros

Decent starting pay for my area. Good place to start if you need a quick buck but definitely a horrible place to finish! Definitely not retirement worthy

Cons

Upper management is a joke at my location, basically the blind leading the blind. Very poor communication, training is trash, and our hotend guys and maintenance are both cancerous.

Salary. Some people are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons

No work-life balance at all. The expectation is to leave at the plant. Some people are proud they spent days without leaving the plant. Extreme favoritism toward certain origins (some meetings are in a foreign language). The plant manager is always busy, and unsupportive, with a very narrow view of things, but he has a lot of requirements... A culture of blaming and finger-pointing. Oftentimes necessary information is not shared.
