One of the worst managed companies in the US, a lot of traveling, no teamwork.

People in general tried to do their jobs and meet their goals and objectives. The Perrysburg facility is maintained very well.

Cons

Management is a mess. Too many in the management level that will not express their opinions to their superiors for fear of getting fired.

Seven day rotating shifts. Any advancement means you will be in an on call position.
