      It's a global company in more than 80 countries so you habe the ease of learning different markets at once.

      Pros

      Smart well respected and talented engineers. Decent benefits.Many opportunities in project management.

      Cons

      The culture in this company has changed 180 degrees for the worse in the past 5 years. There is a lack of vision from management. The company goes through so many changes it's impossible to sustain focus. Senior management completely turned-over twice in the last five years and with each time came change in direction. Few opportunities for growth as an engineer.

      Pros

      Management is easy to talk to. Goals and direction of company were very clear. The management here really cares about their workers and have your back.

      Cons

      Very little chance for advancement, not enough work in some offices. While goals are clear, they change almost constantly which is confusing.
