      This is a place with a tremendous amount of potential, but it lacks a strategic direction.

      Pros

      Large global company, tight knit community, pleasant mid-west town. Many different job types with an abundance of opportunity for a meticulous individual who likes a corporate environment.

      Cons

      Very unstable work environment for leaders, lacks direction and consistency. Changes in key leadership roles are frequent and disrupting. You often feel you are protecting your job and not willing to take risks.

      Good place to start a career if you get the right role

      Pros

      There is a ow cost of living in the area and there are certainly opportunities to be on large enterprise projects if you get in the right position in the organization.

      Cons

      There is not a clear career path and when you get in a role it is very hard to move up or move out of that role. There is not a group of college grads being brought in to back fill and allow for others to move up.
