      It was Real, It was NICE, but not real nice!

      Pros

      Good wages and benefits. Majority of the workers were great to work with! Good shift supervisor, he knows his crew and doesn't let anything slide.

      Cons

      Some people you worked with didn't pull their weight (mainly on other shifts), the warehouse supervisor let a lot of things slide and did not communicate well. If he didn't care for a person, he/she was on his " Bad List" and tried to make it rough for them until they were gone. Always have to watch your back! What comes around, goes around!

      Pros

      This was just a temporary summer job for me. I loved the job and the pay was excellent.

      Cons

      SHIFT WORK! The temperatures got to be ridiculously hot in the summer but can't complain because I wasn't in the hot end.

      If you are in, you can get friends and family onboard. Pay is good, hours arent-weekly rotating shifts

      Cons

      Nepotism and cronyism is the law at OI. Unless you are born into management expect a deadened.
