Senior Leadership has lost touch with the market and reality. Lack of strategic direction. Aging facilities and lack of capital. Poor quality standards. Lack of customer care at senior level.

An unwilling to change workforce and union, Execs who dont understand the plant level business, most staff constantly looking for way out, ever revolving door of management at the plant level, old facilities and no money to invest or repair them with, just check the stock price over the past few years...
