Good pay and benefits. Occasional bonuses.
Cons
Project managers and directors are often under qualified or too arrogant. You might be lucky at the beginning with a good boss, but sooner or later you will be assigned to a new supervisor, and she will be terrible at her/his job. So bad that, despite the good pay/benefits, you will want to quit. Arrogance and lack of respect is extremely high.
