In 2019, management outsourced several corporate business functions. It was a train wreck. Many valued members of the organization were abruptly let go. Their replacements (based in South America) were not properly trained and set up to fail. Since 2020, culture has declined significantly as well. Overall, it is a decent company, just not the right people making the right decisions and for that reason many people have left. Maybe they can turn it around in a few years.
