      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, great management team, and a genuine concern for employees at the executive-leadership level. This company is as concerned about your family as they are about your work.

      Cons

      None. There are vices at any company, but it faces the same organizational problems that many companies do.

      Pros

      The work is easy and the pay starting is good. Pay every week. You get paid extra for Sunday.

      Cons

      No sick or PT time is not good. The point system is not good due to having a rotating shift. You might only get four weekends off a year. The Union is not the best. If you have a family and young kids this job is not for you.

      Pros

      A struggling company with a rich history. A large company that sometimes put its eggs in the wrong baskets. A global company that does not realize it is the same process in different cultures.

      Cons

      Removing the experience and letting the revolving door people come in make changes and leave position or company. A company that has too many divisions that do not work together. Why? Everyone is fighting to keep their jobs. A company that has 10% hourly union people and 5% salary people ruing it for the rest of the team. Human Resources? hahahha
