Pros

The pay is great. The job isn't bad. I like having no one checking up on me. I can do whatever I want. Which is mostly mechanical maintenance.

Cons

Not having help when needed. I can't be in two places at the same time. Understaffed is an understatement. Some of the day shift Bosses are narcissists. I try avoid them.
