Pros

Great company legacy. Family owned with history of empowering, respecting and compensating employees very well.

Cons

New leadership and local management is moving further and further from practicing the values the ONeal family did. The employees who work hard are overlooked, there is no longer open door policy and speaking out on issues is not acceptable. Pay is no based on your contributions. Managers are allowed to pay on personal relationships rather than merit.

This place is an absolute joke, management makes it very obvious who they protect, the supervisors are so unprofessional, HR is the worse I've ever seen. Racism here is absolutely terrible, they do not care about you. They care about protecting the company.
