Ok place to work if you're management, I guess...

Pros

Health benefits (not great ones). Ok pay and hours (if you can get a first shift job). Coworkers were great to work with. Relatively good communication between departments - most of the time.

Cons

Promotions and hiring based on politics, not merit. Work is terrible if you're a picker or an operator. When you point out the place that you work to others, they will probably say "Oh, I thought that place was abandoned."
