Pros

No pros...used to be a pretty good place to work, but hasn't been for a long time.

Cons

No more lunch breaks...O'Neal has decided that employees (who work in the warehouse) will no longer get a 30 minute lunch break. No matter how many hours we work, we will only get two 10 minute breaks. This is a physically demanding job. We work in a warehouse that is not climate controlled...it's very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. A 30 minute lunch break is necessary to rest, cool down or warm up depending on the season.
