Pros

Great people. Someone was always willing to help if you didn't understand something. Incredible medical benefits. I would work their again and would not hesitate to take a job at any O'Neal location.

Cons

A lot of restructuring and management does not seem to have a clear path. Many have lost their jobs due to poor upper management decisions.

Pros

I cannot think of any pros at the moment.

Cons

After working there for 21 years, I can't think of any pros from the time they RIF'd me. They had been a great company for years and years and have become what a buddy from Ryerson called "the laughing stock of the steel industry". Their only hope is to go back to pre 2009 and do what they use to do when they gave a crap about their employees.

Pros

advance for growth on the hourly level

Cons

most management level employees are brought in from outside. There isn't much room for growth from the floor to management.
