Pros

Benefits are ok pay is ok

Cons

Have to work every weekend and they are spinning there wheels to get out of the hole with Caterpillar. They almost got caught up then took on more contracts with them and on top of that a contract with Fontaine. The 1st shift welding supervisor don't really like to give a straight answer when asking off for vacation time. Not that good of a place to work. Communication there is terrible. Instead of starting a third shift welding they will make 1st and 2nd shift welding work every Saturday just to do the work and they are about to go to 10 hour shifts do to Cat parts tripling.
