Pros

Family owned business. Being around 100 years helps carry the name.

Cons

New leadership is more worried about growth and money than taking care of customers and money.

Pros

Great company legacy. Family owned with history of empowering, respecting and compensating employees very well.

Cons

New leadership and local management is moving further and further from practicing the values the ONeal family did. The employees who work hard are overlooked, there is no longer open door policy and speaking out on issues is not acceptable. Pay is no based on your contributions. Managers are allowed to pay on personal relationships rather than merit.
