      Good work environment Overtime opportunity Safety is really preached and practiced Chances to learn new skills $100-$50 Bonus if Weekly Quota is met Family Days: Raffles, Catering and Activities

      -Dangerous work at times -Weekly Bonus isn’t Guaranteed and Taxed -401k match is only 3% -Human Resources isn’t on location and is done through emails -Hard workers rewarded more work, lazy people get away with being lazy -Safety Committee meets during the shift and not everyone can attend bc they have work to do. -Supervisors don’t wanna ruffle any feathers so don’t expect anything from them
