Nationwide, growing company. This is misleading however as advancement opportunities are not what they seem or easy to achieve. You have to settle for low pay and minimal advancement. Decent parts discount.
Cons
Horrible pay. They include 'commission' as part of your base pay. This is based off total store performance. Well, we are constantly short staffed because we can't hire anyone due to what we pay. I see customers walk out of the stores because we cant help them, phones go unanswered. Its a mess and always has been, never gets better. Morale is horrible and as a result, the store doesn't make money according to my manager so our so called 'commission' is a joke. I started looking for a job and am going to a competitor in less than 2 weeks for $2 more per hour! I got a 30 cent raise here 3 months ago. Pathetic. I should've left a long time ago.
