Good people at the store level. Flexible scheduling and an easy work environment. Worked in many stores throughout the valley and never had any issues with co-workers.

Cons

Low compensation, lack of raises for part timers, they are unwilling to pay for experience or talent Some of the district managers are disconnected from their stores and/or markets.
