      Pros

      Good manager, opportunities to expand the job description. The atmosphere in the department is very open and friendly, and there is an effort to get every employee the tools they need to best do the job.

      Cons

      Definitely the vacation and sick time policy. You aren't given any vacation unless negotiated into your hire package, and you're not given any sick time at all until you've been there a year. Plus, it counts as a disciplinary step when you miss time due to illness. The pay is also pretty average if not below average.

      Pros

      The employee discount is really good. If you're constantly working on / fixing your car(s), the discount alone could be worth the job. Some really great people work for the company as well. The company is growing and is dedicated to beating out all the competition.

      Cons

      Hourly pay can be very low, regardless of qualifications and how well you do the job. The company is also behind the times as far as technology goes which makes some processes very inefficient (such as inventory management and the point of sale process). The company also seems to allow workers who are extremely slow and unmotivated, and even rude continue to work in the stores which can slow everyone else down.
