Pros
Great Teammates. Formed wonderful relationships with my professional and public customers. Enjoyed problem solving. Enjoyed the reputation that I developed with over forty local businesses.
Cons
Horrible District Manager and the lack of willingness to reward merit. The incredible amount of disconnect that exists between what O'Reilly preaches and the lack of it's existence. The unwillingness to give long time employees any type of raise in pay. The lack of effort to address the every day problems with disappearing time clock logins due to the constant malfunctioning computer programming which resulted in shorting employees paychecks on a regular basis.
