Pros

Unfortunately, Oreilly's is a cash rich and fairly debt free corporation that will eventually take over the auto parts indusry as we know it today. But doing it on the backs of poorly paid and overworked human beings they treat as numbers.

Cons

Lowest pay in the industry. Poor bonus structure. Long hours. Heavy workload. Promote from within policy a joke. No work/life balance, just more work.

Some teams are extra supportive. Casual dress in the office. On-site gym, cafeteria and medical clinic at corporate office.

Cons

Areas of nepotism and favoritism that allows toxic behaviors/players to stay. Not a lot of respect for hourly wage earners from senior leadership. Low comparative pay. Low raises.
