They will suck everything they can out and f you and not want to pay you accordingly to what your worth. The store managers are literally taken advantage of and drained until they have no more. As far asa team member goes they set a very high expectations for them and expect them to just perform but the one that do are not properly compensated for their abilities and contributions to the effort. Raises are next to non existent! Asking for a raise is like pulling teeth! And if they do give you a raise it's pennies on the dollar!

Take for instants, they send me to a lube garage for an oil change, instead of a quick lube joint like Jiffy Lube. The manger gives me a container of motor oil 5 qts. and a filter to give to the guy, and tell him to change the oil with O'Reillys Oil. That's like going to a restaurant with your date and telling the waitress to tell the cook (chief) to cook the fish you brought with you along with potato's, Company is screwed up
