Pros

Excellent discounts on parts. Managers good for hours and scheduling.

Cons

Women and older people will not advance. Management is very clickish with other managers. Good ole boy club exists.

If you deliver you get outside a lot and the day goes by fast.

Cons

Low pay, angry management, but they run a tight ship and very little shrinkage. Buy stock if you can!

Pros

Steady paycheck, meet new people, health benefits for yourself, and family if needed, promote from within, so advancement with the company, employee discount on parts, and tools. If your a gearhead like myself, then you get to talk about cars all day learn from some and teach others.

Cons

working till 8 or 9pm, not getting family time, working weekends and many holidays. Work schedule make church imposable to attend. I miss going to church.
