Pros

Decent pay, fair hours, and a great employee discount, and most store managers are easy to get along with. Needed one more word so here's twenty seven.

Cons

You have to put up with allot of crap from the company and customers. You will also be expected to work harder than anyone else if you show you are not a lazy worker and still get paid the same or less than everyone else.
