Pros

Flexible hours, relaxed environment, extra enjoyable if you like cars. There are plenty of opportunities to advance to higher level management into corporate if you are so inclined to pursue a career with o'reilly auto parts.

Cons

Fairly low pay compared to other retail jobs, requires you to be far more knowledgeable than just ringing customers up, and stocking shelves. My pay did not reflect the knowledge of me or my coworkers in my opinion.

Pros

The upper management in my area is very attentive to the fine tuning of each team at every different location, and works closely to ensure proper fit of personalities.

Cons

Too many people get away with slacking off, retribution for such behavior is nonexistant until they are let go, after which point the remaining team is left frustrated.
