Pros
My coworkers, because we bond over the hard work without breaks. Decent vacation policy and benefits.
Cons
Fast pace is non stop, so is change. Big changes to teams, that they allow 25 mins to be upset about then it’s back to all the work. So much work, never any down time. Decisions are handed down to managers to make and deal with. Lots of talk about understanding and empathy but when it comes down to it you need to work overtime to get work done and when you don’t you get negative performance reviews.
