Great Company to Work For - If Work/Life Balance Is Your Goal

Pros

I found them to be 'hands off' with day-to-day contract activities. Very little PM micromanaging. Culture is very good. Benefits package is outstanding and affordable. Really. They do genuinely seem to care about their employees - save for one thing, which will be my only entry in the CON category

Cons

Pay was mediocre! This was despite good reviews from the client year after year, only got one pay bump in several years working for them.
