Pros

The company is growing rapidly and you feel the importance of the work you do on a daily basis. This is the only job I've had in my entire career where the CEO is constantly in the trenches with the front line employees. He cares for the clients, the program, and helping as many people as possible nation wide. I love the team I get to work with every day. The pay (at my level) is fair and I feel valued every day. The program works so it's easy to be confident and passionate about what you do. I have a clear growth plan and am excited to grow within this company.

Cons

We could be better at communicating and implementing change. The benefits package has room to grow but the good news is that it is growing.

The treatment program works and changes lives.

Cons

This is one of the most toxic places I have ever worked. Upper management will make sudden decisions and not involve key departments that will then be required to make it happen. They will make things up that didn't happen then pass that along to other departments throwing others under the bus.
