The company is growing rapidly and you feel the importance of the work you do on a daily basis. This is the only job I've had in my entire career where the CEO is constantly in the trenches with the front line employees. He cares for the clients, the program, and helping as many people as possible nation wide. I love the team I get to work with every day. The pay (at my level) is fair and I feel valued every day.
