So many cons exist that it is pointless to try and enumerate them all. Boiled down, OCLC is 'Non-profit' that relies on a parasitic business stranglehold on the actual non-profit member entities. Fees to the members increase annually while service does not improve. Profits are not reinvested into the organization's stated "mission", rather the profits are returned to the Executive "Management" Team to an obscene degree.
