Managers bully and manufacture chaos while you try to focus on customers and supporting co-workers
Pros
The benefits are pretty good with lower deductibles. Those in higher level positions make more than they should. For others, the pay is just ok. The CEO seems good.
Cons
There are no opportunities for growth or professional development. Management bullies people and is far removed from the actual work. There is a lot of turnover. Roles are not clear. There are some great people, though the stress of being around in-fighting is not worth your sanity. The company lacks customer focus. You work to please your manager's (or the loudest manager's) preferences. Do not work here. You might find an ok spot or you might be bullied. Managers change direction and come up with "solutions" every few months and act like they have no memory of anything they told you to do yesterday. It is not a healthy place to be and that is sad because it could be! I left over a year ago and am much happier in my PM role.
