Top Reasons Why I Stay at OCLC

Pros

I have been with OCLC for several years. I stay at OCLC for the following reasons: * The People - I get to work with collaborative and smart people every day. * The Culture - OCLC has always been flexible and supportive of me professionally and personally. The tag line of "you have a life, that is what we like about you" is true! It is not just words....it is part of who we are as a company! * The Benefits - OCLC has awesome benefits - from traditional medical plans to awesome retirement plans including a 401k and a defined contribution retirement plan as well as life insurance that is way above the industry standards. We are competing for talent and our benefits package reflects that! * Purpose - the reason why OCLC exists is that we ensure people have access to information no matter where they are throughout the world. As employees, we know and respect the mission and why we exist as an organization.

Cons

The pros of working at OCLC far outweigh any cons....and if you do not believe me, I would encourage you to find out more about OCLC!
