Business Outlook
Pros
Great people work there, growing market, fun people and place to work
Cons
- I have sat through many OCZ layoffs, and time and time again I see poor performers who hardly ever show up for work still working at OCZ while others who are hardworking, shows up every day and works their butts off are let go. - Integration with Toshiba was absolutely horrible, poorly managed by people involved with the process - Although in a good hardware market, demand for prices to be reduced are hitting company hard, in conjunction with poor sales performance is a recipe for disaster.
