You will love your next employer after working at OCZ, that is still ruled mostly by the same clique as under Ryan Petersen.

Cons

Toxic work environment is all over the company, especially, engineering is paid poorly and understaffed, so very few people like to work in such an environment. Terrible senior management under leadership of Ralph Schmitt.

Pros

Good people that are knowledgeable, work hard, and have more team synergy and outside events. You feel like you are not just another cog in the workplace.

Cons

It seems that pay was less compared to industry unless you were in the sales department. Staffing a bit low count in some departments which can be stressful.
